The second park you will visit on the eleven days Kenya safari in Lake Manyara
More than 400 species of birds inhabit the park and many remain throughout the year. Because of this Lake Manyara National Park is a good spot for bird watching.
At the Lake Manyara National Park, you will find Leopards, lions, elephants, blue monkeys, dik-dik, gazelle, hippo, giraffe and impala. There is a hippo pond in the park where you can get out of the safari vehicle and observe the hippos from a safe distance.
The lions in Lake Manyara are known to lounge in the trees while not hunting for prey, which is very unlike the lions in Kenyan parks.

Safari to Ngorongoro Crater National Park Tanzania
The third park you will visit during this ten nights luxury private wildlife safari is Ngorongoro Crater.
The Ngorongoro Crater, where the name Ngorongoro National Park comes from, is a large volcanic caldera that was formed millions of years ago.
The Ngorongoro area originally was part of the Serengeti National Park and, to the northwest, adjoins the Serengeti National Park.
The annual Great Migration passes through Ngorongoro, with millions of wildebeest and zebra moving south into the area in December and then moving north in June.
Large animals in the crater include the black rhinoceros and the hippopotamus. There also are wildebeest, the zebra, the eland, and Grant's and Thompson's gazelles.
The crater has one of the densest known population of lions while on the crater rim you will find numerous leopards, elephants, mountain reedbuck and buffalo. A large lake in the middle of the crater is inhabited by hundreds of flamingoes, and from a distance, they appear as a pink border of the lake.

2018/2019 Safari to Serengeti National Park Tanzania.
The fourth park you will visit during this 10 nights private wildlife safari is Serengeti National Park in Tanzania
The Serengeti National Park hosts the largest terrestrial mammal migration in the world, which is one of the ten natural wonders of the world.
The Serengeti is also renowned for its large lion population and is one of the best places to observe prides in their natural environment.
Each year around the same time the circular great wildebeest migration begins in the Ngorongoro area of the southern Serengeti of Tanzania. A natural phenomenon determined by the availability of grazing. It is January to March when the calving season begins.
Some 250,000 wildebeest die during the journey from Tanzania to Maasai Mara Reserve in lower Kenya, a total of 800 kilometres (500 miles). Death is usually from thirst, hunger, exhaustion, or from the numerous predators on their trail.

The fifth park you will visit during this 11 days private luxury wildlife safari via Masai Mara in Kenya
Maasai Mara is globally famous for its exceptional population of lions, leopards and cheetahs, game, and the annual migration of zebra, Thomson's gazelle, and wildebeest to and from the Serengeti every year from July to October, known as the Great Migration.
The endless plains of the Maasai Mara are the setting for the world's greatest wildlife spectacle - over 1.5 million animals, including the wildebeest and zebra migration. They are in turn relentlessly tracked by Africa's great predators, including lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas and wild dogs, making for some of the most amazing hunting scenarios witnessed in the wild.
