Safari to Tsavo West National Park

Tsavo West National Park has a large variety of wildlife which include black rhino, cape buffalo, elephant, leopard and Masai lion.

Other smaller animals that can be spotted in the park are the bushbaby, hippo, hartebeast, lesser kudu and Masai giraffe.

Research has shown that Late Stone Age archaeological sites are found close to the Galana River in high numbers. The inhabitants of these sites hunted wild animals, fished and kept domesticated animals.

Safari to Amboseli National Park

Amboseli offers some of the best opportunities to see wildlife because of its vegetation which is sparse due to the long dry months.

Amboseli National Park is home to animals which include the African elephant, cape buffalo, impala, lion, cheetah, hyena, giraffe, zebra, and wildebeest among other African wildlife.

Day 1: Mombasa - Tsavo West National Park Safari

Pick up in the early morning hours from your hotel in Mombasa north or south coast for the 5 hour drive to Tsavo West with a short stopover in Voi for refreshments.

Commence game viewing upon entering Tsavo West Park as you head to your luxury tented camp or game lodge.

Check into your accommodation base and enjoy a sumptuous buffet lunch.

After a short post-lunch siesta, you will take an afternoon game drive within the Tsavo West National Park and later return to your luxury lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Tsavo West - Amboseli Tour

Check into your accommodation base in Amboseli and enjoy a sumptuous buffet lunch. Marvel at the majestic Mt. Kilimajnjaro in the background with it's snow-capped peak visible on a clear day.

After lunch, you will enjoy an afternoon game drive within the Amboseli National Park looking out for lions, elephants, giraffes, zebra, leopard, cheetah and other wild game.

Return to your luxury lodge or tented camp in the early evening to exchange stories and pictures followed by dinner and overnight in Amboseli.

Day 3: Amboseli - Mombasa Safari

An early morning game viewing drive will start your last day of this private 3 days Tsavo Amboseli Park road safari from Mombasa. Return to your luxury tented camp or lodge for breakfast and check-out.

Indulge in a game drive while exiting Amboseli National Park as you drive back to Mombasa with a stopover for lunch en-route. Optional visit to a Maasai Village.
